Anyone can xplain the Advantages and Disadvantages of Door Visor.. ?

Cause just now i belek2 my car,
im thinking maybe my Myvi will be cun if i remove my door visor..
but im thinking, this door visor installed by Perodua surely for some reason.. rite?
