OPINIONS - Drum or Disc??

What do you think about rear breaking system. Drum or disk?? Please comment....

in my opinion if standard engin... drum already ok.. unless if u r planning for turbo... must install disk for safety purposes.. that for safety, but there is also install rear disc for the look... especially if using small or less blade sport rim, must install disc to make more nice... if not, looks like something missing....

aah thats true, nowadays alot of myv member using EG rear disc... can fit in...

depend on car cc and thickness of ur wallet... thats my comment...

myv7 - i heard there is a lot using eg rear disc... a lot of thing need to modified... do we got any member in this club using rear disc? PM me plz

if interested with performancee can try install rear disc...
but if just for nice looking, better complete other first...

just want to look smart for my ride, change sportrim suddenly feel too much empty space...

semuanya ok.... kalo abs lagi senang nak install coz.. rear break 2 mmg untuk abs... smua plug & play...... nanti aku upload gambo...

Just wanna check to whoever that convert their rear brake drum to disc, What size of disc rotor that u use? Do u guys convert your front disc to a slightly bigger or just use the existing one coz if i not mistaken the standard front disc is quite small size 8". So if your rear disc is bigger than front is it ok ka? i mean in term of performance la.

rear disc more bigger than front.... use ae92 disc

first, welcome to da club mim..for my xperiance/knowleage front more bigger than rear or equal..if u take alook at supercar/performance car many of them setting bigger than rear or equal..to me if i wanna change the break system i will change front & rear..the OEM front disc break are not quality disc coz i change it twice a year (under warranty P2)..
why i didnt change the disc coz of my budget..hahaha..

p.s - hope understand what im talk about..hahaha

im change it 2 times a year..1st time my disc break crack (retak) & 2nd my disc dend (bengkok) after climbing Genting Highland & now is 3rd time (no more warranty cant claim) i thing wanna change to toyota levin / honda EG model..

im prefer to using disc...next modi...AE101 rear disc into my SIPUTEH...bigger rotor than AE92...hehehh....can't use 14' rims anymore..

rear disc really for nice look onli...if wanna replace oso replace the front one first la..cause the front one always warp..keep on claiming oso the same problem..one more thing some more the front disc is daihatsu oso giving the same problem..my car oredi got problem after 2months and i replace it oredi with eterna twin pot..have to use minimum 16 inch rim..

my front brake already shaking
go to tyre shop they said bengkok oledi
need to replace soon
searching for EG or toyota disc?
any info or exp for that?
